The relationship between customer and merchant is managed solely by the customer since products are directly delivered to the merchant. You will raise a request with the merchant and if approved, the merchant will inform us and we will carry out the refund for you.

QisstPay processes refund on the same day the merchant gives go ahead for the refund. Any time lapse in refund is either from the customer side or the banking side. We will also inform you immediately after your refund has been processed.

Everyone is eligible for the QisstPay services. However, you will have to complete eKYC process to be considered for the payment plan. You still may be blocked if 3rd party risk agencies flag you. For example; transactions outside of Pakistan, transactions with stolen card, etc.
